The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Work Skills (RQF) is designed for learners who wish to seek, gain, and retain employment. 

The Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Work Skills (RQF) is designed to develop the learner’s skills, knowledge, and understanding necessary to prepare them for employment in a broad occupational area. The qualification also supports the learner’s personal development.

Entry Requirements: There is an element of communication (discussing, presenting, reading and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication at Entry Level 3. 

The Level 1 Award in Work Skills is open to learners aged 14 and above. Entry is at the discretion of the centre for pre-16s.
