The qualification enables learners to achieve level 3, building on their existing knowledge in the beauty therapy industry. The objective of the Level 3 Diploma in Combined Beauty Therapy Skills is to develop learners’ knowledge and skills, and confirm their competence as beauty therapists, enabling them to expand their scope of technical skills for employment as beauty therapists. Learners will learn how to plan, prepare, and deliver level 3 beauty treatments safely and correctly in accordance with health and safety regulations and legislation.

• Provide Body Massage
• Promote and sell products and services to clients. Monitor and maintain health and safety
• practice in the salon
• Provide pedicure treatments
• Develop and maintain effectiveness at work
• Ensure your own actions reduce risks to health and safety
• Provide facial skin care treatment
• Enhance the appearance of eyebrows and eyelashes. Provide manicure treatments
• Carry out waxing services
• Apply make-up 
• Provide facial electrotherapy treatments
• Apply Individual Permanent Lashes
• Maintaining Personal Health and Well-being

Qualification: VTCT  

Entry Requirements: Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication. This is at the discretion of the centre, as they may decide to use diagnostic testing methods to ascertain how they can support learners.   Learners must be 16 years or older to undertake this qualification.
